A bit more about us

We are safeguarding professionals with twenty years of experience protecting society’s most vulnerable and disadvantaged people. This has included both frontline and advisory roles across the voluntary and public sectors specialising in education.

We have substantial experience of supporting children - including those receiving Early Help intervention, cases of Child Protection, victim-survivors of domestic abuse and families experiencing hardship and mental health difficulties. This has involved working with professionals and key stakeholders across multi agency partnerships, ensuring that reporting and monitoring of complex and highly pressurised casework is done to the highest standard.

We have a proven track record of developing safeguarding policies and embedding them in the everyday culture of the organisations that we work with. It is vital that Safeguarding is prioritised and understood by everyone, and we are skilled at translating relevant legislation into meaningful, tailored policies that through training and development can drive successful change and deliver positive outcomes for organisations.

We have held roles with various strategic boards, including a Local Authority Safeguarding Board and a governing body of a local primary school. These roles have facilitated strategy, governance and auditing to influence how on the ground operations are undertaken, in relation to the local pictureof the geographical areas.
