Tailored to your organisation or business needs, we can support both strategic and operational development. We can support anyone from volunteers to frontline staff to board members. We will "sort out" your safeguarding.
Some of the ways we can offer expert support include:
✔ Audit and compliance
✔ Policy review and writing
✔ Bespoke training packages
✔ Safeguarding supervision (for staff well being and case reflection)
We can help in other ways too, including on-call support for live safeguarding concerns - let us know what you need help with.

Safeguarding is everyone's responsibility
At the heart of Safeguarding Sorted is the belief that safeguarding goes beyond compliance. There should be a strong, embedded safeguarding culture within all organisations, businesses and professions to ensure that staff, beneficiaries and anyone else impacted by the organisation are safe and protected from harm.
Safeguarding isn’t just about policies or even the 4 R’s (Recognise, Respond, Refer, and Record). Reflection, professional challenge and continuous learning from each other is what embeds a culture of safeguarding and continues to drive the best possible practice.
Have safeguarding duties been added on to your existing full-time role?
Let us help you sort out your safeguarding. We understand that safeguarding can be an overwhelming, complex and confusing addition to your role, which is why we can offer adhoc on call support if you ever need a second opinion or expert advice before contacting statutory agencies.
